Items Cannot be Exchanged. Due to High Volume of orders, we are unable to process any exchanges at this time. Please be mindful of accuracy when completing Checkout.

What is the Return Policy?

We do not Accept Returns. All sales are Final. Please do not ship items to Company address/location hoping to get a return.

I Never received my order, Can I get a Refund? What else can I do?

We do understand that mistakes and theft happens, however we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided and signed for by customer. If you believe information of delivery is inaccurate, please investigate with your local USPS post office. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to report incidents and receive any compensation for lost or stolen packages at the fault of the shipping carrier.
